SCREENING:
You can have your tenants remit payments to us through processes that we outline to you. While the application payment is clearing, your tenants can send all required documentation.

NOTE: Property Managers must provide us with:
- a signed property management agreement with the owner of record
- a signed authorization document from the tenant authorizing us to pull personal information

We will work with your team to create a systematic and timely process for evictions. Our process for the entire feature will cost a fees depending on how much of the process that you want us to handle.
1) Collection Call made on behalf of the property management firm
2) 3 Day Notice Sent out via registered mail
3) Filing the Case at the appropriate JP Court
4) Attendance at a appeal if necessary at the County Court
5) Drive By Property to see if the tenant have left after judgement
6) File a Writ of Possession if necessary
7) Be Present with Constable and Warehousemen upon entering the property
